The system allows for real-time production status monitoring of individual machines and the entire production line, as well as data reading, storage, and parameter retrieval. It utilizes a complete Siemens PLC module and touchscreen; the industrial computer system facilitates data monitoring, storage, and printing, and provides historical data retrieval and report generation for future analysis and evaluation. It offers data recipes for different processes, facilitating the retrieval of welding process parameters during model changes. The six-station servo-controlled seam welding machine is equipped with a Miyagi MM400A high-current detector (for real-time monitoring and printing of welding current, voltage, and waveform). The servo-enhanced welding machine adds current, voltage, and wire feed speed detection, triggering alarms and stopping the machine when values ​​exceed set limits.
