Product Introduction
The automated wire mesh welding production line undergoes grinding and shot blasting after welding, followed by one coat of anti-rust primer and two coats of high-grade paint, resulting in a beautiful and elegant appearance with strong paint adhesion. The entire equipment is constructed from thick steel plates and profiles, ensuring a robust and compact main structure. Each part of the equipment is reinforced with high-quality materials to prevent deformation.
Key components are made of hard alloy materials and undergo necessary heat treatment, with anti-corrosion treatment on the surface, giving the equipment excellent rigidity; 45 steel is heat-treated and chrome-plated, and with the inlaid copper sleeve, it is not easy to wear even when running at full load 24/7; the spring is suspended on one side of the main beam, making the whole system easy to adjust and replace.
Employing a unique rail-mounting technology, the springs and electrodes are clearly visible, making spring adjustment and replacement convenient, as is electrode head adjustment. Made in Italy with a high-ratio chromium bronze, it boasts high conductivity, excellent heat resistance, high hardness, and good wear resistance, with a lifespan 2-3 times longer than ordinary chromium bronze.
The transformer’s interior is made of copper wire and imported Korean silicon steel sheets, with an exquisite appearance. It is vacuum-cast with high-quality epoxy resin for high sealing performance. The entire system uses water circulation cooling, allowing for 24-hour uninterrupted production. The unique design process achieves energy-saving effects. Servo feeding can hold 200-300KG of wire at a time, reducing manual labor and preventing wire tangling.
