The industrial control computer system facilitates data status monitoring, storage, and printing, enabling historical data queries and report generation for future analysis and evaluation. Provides data recipes for different processes, facilitating the recall of welding process parameters during changeovers. The servo-driven six-station seam welding machine is equipped with a high-current detector (MM400A model) manufactured by Japan’s Miyagi Corporation (enabling real-time detection and printing of welding current, voltage, and waveforms). The servo-enhanced welding machine adds detection of current, voltage, and wire feed speed, triggering alarms and shutting down when values exceed set limits.
